Liquid Pure Diphenylmethane Diisocyanate – SUPRASEC 9150 MDI Isocyanate is a member of the Liquid Pure MDI isocyanate family. These products have been modified to remain liquid at ambient temperatures. SUPRASEC 9150 MDI Isocyanate is a modified diphenylmethane diisocyanate with a slight amber appearance. This product is designed as an alternative to di-functional products such as pure 4,4′ MDI or materials containing elevated levels of 2,4 MDI. When used as a precursor for a prepolymer, the resulting material may experience a slightly different performance with an identical B-Side resin. As a result, formulations may need minor adjustments to meet the end requirements.

Liquid Pure Diphenylmethane Diisocyanate – SUPRASEC 9561 MDI Isocyanate is a member of the Liquid Pure MDI isocyanate family. These products have been modified to remain liquid at ambient temperatures. SUPRASEC 9561 MDI is a modified 4,4′ diphenylmethane diisocyanate to provide improved storage and handling attributes while still providing the ability to manufacturer prepolymers for high-performance elastomers.

Moisture-Cured Diphenylmethane Diisocyanate Prepolymers – SUPRASEC 9577 MDI Isocyanate is a member of the Moisture-Cured Prepolymer isocyanate family. These materials are produced from the reaction of a standard MDI material with selected polyether polyols to provide certain characteristics for use in the production of moisture-cured adhesive and coating products. SUPRASEC 9577 MDI is a fast-curing prepolymer which provides an improvement in heat and moisture resistance of the final material.

Modified Diphenylmethane Diisocyanate Primer – SUPRASEC 9584 MDI isocyanate is part of a high performance, two-component urethane primer system designed for use on concrete. By mixing with Castor Oil in a 1:1 ratio by volume, bubble-free films can be produced up to 50 mils (1.3 mm) thick. Working times are adjustable by selective additions to the resin blend. It also exhibits a low sensitivity to substrate moisture, leaving only minimal bubbling when applied to damp surfaces.

Diphenylmethane Diisocyanate Polyurea Prepolymer – SUPRASEC 9608 MDI Isocyanate is a member of the Polyurea Prepolymer isocyanate family. These materials are designed to be used in combination with resin blends containing JEFFAMINE Polyetheramines and/or JEFFOL Polyether Polyols for the production of high-performance polyurea coatings and elastomers. SUPRASEC 9608 MDI is a prepolymer containing the 2,4′ MDI isomer, developed to produce elastomers with improved physical properties and ease of spray.
