LORD Chemlok 8300 adhesive is an aqueous covercoat adhesive used to bond a variety of elastomers to primed metal during vulcanization. It is composed of a mixture of dispersed fillers, resins, and latices in aqueous medium. Chemlok 8300 adhesive is recommended for dip or spray application over Chemlok 8007, or for spray application over Chemlok 8009 aqueous primer. When used over the aqueous primer, this adhesive system will also bond cold rolled steel, phosphatized steel, aluminum, and other various substrates.

LORD Chemlok 855 adhesive is a general purpose, one-coat aqueous adhesive used to bond a wide variety of vulcanized and unvulcanized rubber compounds to metal. A single coat of Chemlok 855 adhesive will bond compounds based on natural rubber (NR), polyisoprene (IR), styrene-butadiene (SBR), polybutadiene (BR), polychloroprene (CR) and nitrile (NBR) polymers to a variety of metals such as carbon and alloy steels, stainless steel, and aluminum during the vulcanization process. Chemlok 855 adhesive has been formulated using water as the carrier system and does not contain co-solvents.

LORD Chemlok 8560D adhesive is a general purpose, one-coat aqueous adhesive used to bond a wide variety of vulcanized and unvulcanized rubber compounds to metal. A single coat of Chemlok 8560D adhesive will bond compounds based on natural rubber (NR), polyisoprene (IR), styrene-butadiene (SBR), polybutadiene (BR), polychloroprene (CR) and nitrile (NBR) polymers to a variety of metals such as carbon and alloy steels, stainless steel, and aluminum during the vulcanization process. Chemlok 8560D adhesive has been formulated using water as the carrier system and does not contain co-solvents. Chemlok 8560D adhesive is suitable for dip applications and may be diluted for spraying. When environmental conditions are severe, Chemlok 8560D adhesive is recommended to be used over Chemlok 8007 aqueous primer.

LORD Chemlok 8600 adhesive is a one-coat aqueous adhesive used to bond castable urethane elastomers to metal. Chemlok 8600 adhesive will also bond a wide variety of both polyether- and polyester-based urethanes of varying hardness to all types of metals.
