LORD Chemlok 8009 and 8009B aqueous primers are designed to bond elastomers to metals and other substrates when used with Chemlok aqueous or solvent-based covercoat adhesives. These primers are composed of a mixture of dispersed mineral fillers, organic compounds, resins, and polymer latices in an aqueous medium.

LORD Chemlok 8110 adhesive is a one-coat, aqueous adhesive used to bond nitrile (NBR) elastomers to metal during vulcanization. It is composed of a mixture of dispersed mineral fillers, organic compounds, resins, and polymer latexes in an aqueous medium. With good resistance to hot oils and transmission fluids, Chemlok 8110 adhesive is suitable for use in the manufacture of gaskets and seals such as shaft seals. Chemlok 8110 adhesive can also be used to bond polyacrylic elastomers to metal.

LORD Chemlok 8116 adhesive is a one-coat, aqueous adhesive used for vulcanization/bonding of peroxide cure elastomers, such as silicone rubber, EPDM, FKM, HNBR and NBR, to zinc phosphatized steel and other rigid substrates. With good resistance to hot oils, hot water, and other engine fluids, Chemlok 8116 adhesive is suitable for use in the manufacture of gaskets, seals, and NVH components.

Chemlok 8116-1 adhesive is a one-coat, water-based adhesive used for vulcanization/bonding of peroxide-cured elastomers to zinc phosphatized steel and other rigid substrates. With good resistance to hot oils, hot water, and other engine fluids, Chemlok 8116-1 adhesive is suitable for use in the manufacture of gaskets, seals, and NVH components.

Chemlok 8117 is a single-coat aqueous adhesive used to bond fluoroelastomers, polyacrylates, silicones and other specialty elastomers to various metal substrates.
