LORD Chemlok 7701 surface treatment is a solvent-based surface treatment for use on various vulcanized and thermoplastic polymeric materials. Chemlok 7701 surface treatment chemically alters the surface of the rubber, making it more receptive to bonding. Chemlok 7701 surface treatment is used in conjunction with a broad range of LORD adhesives, including epoxy and urethane adhesives, for bonding cured rubber. It improves adhesion to a variety of cured and thermoplastic polymeric materials, including natural rubber, synthetic polyisoprene, SBR, butyl, polybutadiene, neoprene, EPDM, nitrile, polyurethane, styrene-butadiene block copolymers, styrene isoprene rubbers, and polyvinyl chloride.

Chemlok 8003 is an aqueous primer which, when used with Chemlok aqueous or solvent based covercoats, bonds a variety of elastomers to steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and brass.

LORD Chemlok 8006 aqueous primer is designed to bond elastomers to metals and other substrates when used with Chemlok aqueous covercoat adhesives.

LORD Chemlok 8007 Blue aqueous primer is designed to bond elastomers to metals and other substrates when used with Chemlok aqueous covercoat adhesives, including Chemlok 8560S, Chemlok 8560D and Chemlok 8210 adhesives. It is composed of a mixture of dispersed mineral fillers, organic compounds, resins, and polymer latices in an aqueous medium.

LORD Chemlok 8008 aqueous primer is designed to bond elastomers to metals and other substrates when used with Chemlok aqueous covercoat adhesives. It is composed of a mixture of dispersed mineral fillers, organic compounds, resins, and polymer latices in an aqueous medium.
