Chemlok EP5081-40 is a fluorescing additive to be used with the following clear Chemlok adhesives; Chemlok AP131, Chemlok AP132, Chemlok AP133, Chemlok AP134, Chemlok KP1001, Chemlok 607, Chemlok 5150, Chemlok Y5323, and Chemlok Y1520A. When added at 5% by weight, Chemlok EP5081-40 fluorescing additive will impart fluorescence to the dry film which can be seen under an ultraviolet light source (i.e. a black light). Lab results indicate that Chemlok EP5081-40 fluorescing additive does not affect adhesion.

LORD Chemlok EP6804-22 adhesive is a conductive one-coat adhesive that will bond a wide variety of vulcanized or unvulcanized rubber compounds to metal. It is composed of a mixture of polymers, organic compounds, and mineral fillers dissolved or dispersed in an organic solvent system. A single coat of Chemlok EP6804-22 adhesive will bond compounds based on natural rubber (NR), polyisoprene (IR), styrene-butadiene (SBR), polybutadiene (BR), polychloroprene (CR), nitrile (NBR), butyl (IIR), and EPDM polymers to metal and various other substrates. Chemlok EP6804-22 adhesive has excellent adhesion and corrosion resistance when used with aluminum and mechanically or chemically treated cold rolled steel.

LORD Chemlok EP6897-61 adhesive is a one-coat adhesive used to bond castable and RIM urethane elastomers to metal. It is composed of a mixture of polymers and curatives dissolved in an organic solvent system. Chemlok EP6897-61 adhesive is also used to bond a wide variety of both polyether and polyester castable urethanes to metal. This adhesive bonds with polyether and polyester castable urethanes of varying hardness, based on both TDI and MDI. Chemlok EP6897-61 adhesive provides bond strengths greater than the tear strength of the urethane substrate.

Chemlok EP6964-07 is a water dilutable one-coat adhesive used to bond polyacrylates, polyacrylics, fluoroelastomers, and silicones to metal during vulcanization.

Chemlok HYP-4500 latex is a chlorosulfonated polyethylene latex which possesses excellent mechanical stability. Chemlok HYP-4500 latex exhibits many of the same properties as chlorosulfonated polyethylene rubber including: Ozone and oxygen resistance; Abrasion, Heat, Flame, and Oil Resistance; High Green Strength; Age and Weather Resistance; Low Temperature Flexibility.
