SONGSORB CS 1164 is a solid UV absorber of the triazine type for high performance coating, adhesive, and sealant applications. Its major features and applications are:; SONGSORB CS 1164 is the appropriate UVA to meet the high performance and durability requirements of solvent, powder coating, and industrial finishes.; It is designed to be an interaction-free UV absorber in amine and/or metal-catalyzed coating systems.; Thanks to its low color and excellent stability SONGSORB CS 1164 is also ideal for durable UV clear coatings.; Can be used in combination with a HALS such as SONGSORB CS 144 or SONGSORB CS 292 or SONGSORB CS 5100; Synergistic combinations impart better protection against gloss reduction, cracking, blistering, delamination, and color change.

SONGSORB CS 119 is a hindered amine light stabilizer for high performance coating applications. Its major features and applications are:; SONGSORB CS 119 is a high molecular weight hindered amine light stabilizer (HALS) which is effective in a broad range of polymers and applications, including polyolefins, TPO, styrenic polymers, polyamide fibers, polyurethanes, and elastomers.; Tertiary amine HALS having reduced interaction with fillers, pigments and other additives as compared to conventional HALS.; Provides outstanding thermal oxidative stability as well as light stability in polyolefins.; Non-discoloring, low volatility and excellent resistance to migration; The advantages of the product render it particularly useful in PE-based agricultural films, PP fibers, and talc-filled PP and TPO automotive parts.; It is also useful in powder coatings where it contributes to the triboelectric effect as well as providing light stability.

SONGSORB CS 144 is a hindered amine light stabilizer (HALS) for high performance coating applications. Its major features and applications are:; SONGSORB CS 144 is a light stabilizer of the HALS family with an antioxidant functionality of the sterically hindered phenol type.; Its efficiency provides considerably prolonged life-time to coatings by reducing paint defects like cracking and loss of gloss.; SONGSORB CS 144 is recommended in automotive coatings, coil coatings and powder coatings.; SONGSORB CS 144 shows synergistic effects when used in combination with UV absorbers such as SONGSORB CS 1130, SONGSORB CS 928, SONGSORB CS 900: protection against blistering, delamination, gloss reduction, color change, and cracking in automotive coatings is enhanced.; It can also reduce yellowing phenomena generated by overbake.

Its major features and applications are:; SONGSORB CS 1577 is a UV absorber of the hydroxyphenyl triazine cluster with strong absorption properties of ultraviolet radiation in the 300~400 nm region.; Exhibits very low volatility and good compatibility with a variety of polymers and resin compositions.; SONGSORB CS 1577 is suitable for processing and aging conditions for complex thin films or co-extruded semi finished parts.; SONGSORB CS 1577 allows to achieve higher resistance than conventional benzotriazole to weathering in polycarbonates and polyesters.; Synergistic effects when used in combination with phenolic & phosphite antioxidants and HALS.

SONGSORB CS 171 is a liquid UV absorber of the benzotriazole type for high performance coating, photographic, adhesive and sealant applications. Its major features and applications are:; Can be utilized in thermoplastic polyurethanes, coatings, adhesives, sealants, and hot cured unsaturated polyesters.; Very characteristic is its absence of self-crystallization in liquid photographic emulsion preparations during storage and after the coating process. This benefit enables utilization of thin layers carrying high UV absorber concentrations.; SONGSORB CS 171 is highly compatible to various substrates, low volatile even at elevated temperatures, and has high absorption and protection efficiency.; Can be combined with hindered amine light stabilizers (HALS) and other UV absorbers to achieve improved or tailormade absorption characteristics.
