JetFil 700C is off-white, high purity, extremely platy, ultrafine talc with excellent top-size control recommended for excellent stiffness, HDT, and dimensional stability, impact strength and aesthetics in high performance plastics. It is also ideal for nucleation of semi-crystalline plastics, for plastic films and foamed plastics. It is compacted for maximum extruder throughput, minimum dust, and improved dispersion. JetFil 700C is used in plastics applications mainly for reinforcement in polyolefins especially where excellent stiffness and impact resistance are required, including in automotives and appliances. It could also be used for reinforcement in engineering thermoplastics or other high-performance plastics, for uniform and fine cell nucleation in foamed plastics, and for nucleation of semi-crystalline plastics.

JetWhite 1H is a high brightness, high purity, platy, submicron talc that is recommended for films and thin gauge polymer applications, and for polymer nucleation. The high brightness and microcrystalline structure of JetWhite 1H improves film optical properties, reducing haze and increasing clarity. JetWhite 1H could also be used for reinforcement of plastics, and to enhance HDT and dimensional stability. JetWhite 1HC is the compacted form of JetWhite 1H and is recommended for maximum extruder throughput, minimum dust, and improved dispersion.

JetWhite 1HT is a high brightness, ultrafine, micro-lamellar talc that is recommended for nucleation of polymers and for film and thin gauge polymer applications. It significantly increases the crystallization temperature of semi-crystalline polymers including polyolefins, polyamides, and polyesters. JetWhite 1HT also enhances stiffness, HDT, and dimensional stability of polymer compounds. The high brightness and micro-crystallinity of talc ore used makes JetWhite 1HT ideal for film or thin sheet applications that require optimum optical properties, e.g. high clarity and low haze. JetWhite 1HTC is the compacted form of JetWhite 1HT and is recommended for maximum extruder throughput, minimum dust, and improved dispersion.

JetWhite 2H is a high brightness, high purity, platy, coarse talc, which is recommended for improving stiffness, HDT, and dimensional stability in polymers. It is used in polyethylene, polypropylene, and PVC based applications with loading levels up to 40% or higher when improved color is critical. JetWhite 2H also improves exterior durability and barrier properties in architectural primers, topcoats, traffic paints, texture paints, and composite compounds. JetWhite 2H is suitable for use in adhesives, sealants, caulks, joint compounds, auto body patch, and putties, when higher brightness is needed. JetWhite 2H can be used as a flux for high alumina ceramics and sanitary ware. JetWhite 2H is an excellent fluxing and processing additive for brick, clay pipe, roofing, and floor tile manufacture, and low iron content makes it the appropriate choice for better firing color performance.

JetWhite 3CH is an ultrafine, hyper platy, white talc product that is engineered to meet the performance of JetWhite 3CW for reinforcing the most critical TPO applications. JetWhite 3CH yields exceptional reinforcement, while maintaining optimum dispersion and low-temperature impact performance in TPO applications. It is available in compacted form for optimum handling and faster compounding rates. JetWhite 3CH can be used in natural color compounds, in color matched applications, and in compounds requiring superior long term heat aging properties.
