SONGSORB CS 770EP is a hindered amine light stabilizer (HALS) for high performance coating, adhesive, and sealant applications. Its major features and applications are:; SONGSORB CS 770EP is a solid light stabilizer of the hindered amine family (HALS) with low molecular weight and suitable for applications demanding particularly high light stability.; It is also recommended for polyamides, polyurethanes, polyacetals, acrylics, elastomers, adhesives, and sealants based on silane-modified polymers (SMP).; It protects formulations against surface defects such as chalking, loss of gloss, cracking, discoloration, blistering, delamination and ensures the retention of mechanical properties.; Can be used in combination with UV Absorbers (SONGSORB CS 400 for industrial coating, SONGSORB CS 928, SONGSORB CS 900 for Adhesives & Sealants).; It is broadly compatible and can be easily incorporated to achieve long-term light stabilization.

SONGSORB CS 81 is a solid UV absorber of 2-Hydroxybenzophenone type for coating applications. Its major features and applications are: Absorbs ultraviolet radiation in the 240 – 340nm region; Significantly improves the resistance of clear coatings against discoloration, cracking, loss of gloss, and loss of adhesion; Mostly used in clear coats, base coats, top coats and color clear coatings and industrial coatings; Exhibits low color and durability requirements. It is recommended especially for exterior water- and solvent-based applications and industrial finishes; Can be used in combination with SONGSORB CS hindered amine light stabilizers (HALS) and / or other UV absorbers to achieve a wide range of coating, adhesive, and sealant applications without the additive incorporation; Can be used in waterborne and industrial coating, decorative paint and wood stains or varnishes as well as adhesives and sealants.

SONGSORB CS 900 is a UV absorber of the benzotriazole type for high performance coating, adhesive, and sealant applications. Its major features and applications are: SONGSORB CS 900 is a UV absorber of the benzotriazole class developed specifically for coatings. It is a strong absorber of ultraviolet radiation in the 300-400 nm region and has a high degree of photostability; Compared to other UVA, SONGSORB CS 900 has a low volatility, which makes it especially suitable for high performance applications of long-term durability; Applications include PET films and fibers, Polycarbonate, POM, Nylon, Polyolefins, TPE, TPO, and coatings (automotive coating, coil coatings, powder coatings); SONGSORB CS 900 can be used in combination with stabilizers of the HALS class (e.g SONGSORB CS 292) and this package gives automotive coatings the maximum protection against light induced degradation effects; SONGSORB CS 900 also offers very good color and excellent thermal stability so that it is suitable for use in color sensitive coatings, coil coatings, powder coatings, delamination, and color change.
